An Lanntair is launching a ‘songwriters’ circle’ for tunesmiths and those aspiring to write songs.

The circle, due to meet for the first time on Thursday, June 22, will be led by singer-songwriter and An Lanntair artist support coordinator Andrew Eaton-Lewis in An Lanntair’s Drum Room.

Comments An Lanntair: “Our first ‘songwriters’ circle’ is an opportunity for island songwriters to try out ideas on each other with no audience, no pressure and no expectations, just a group of kindred spirits who can offer encouragement and ideas. A chance to share unfinished songs, ask for feedback, and perhaps even find someone to collaborate with.”

Musicians at any stage in their creative development are welcome, from beginners to experienced musicians looking to try something new.

Attending the circle is free, but booking is required via An Lanntair’s website.
