A Meet the Author event next week in Stornoway will reveal how award-winning historical novelist Barabara Henderson has been inspired by museums.

She will also be discussing how budding authors can jumpstart their writing.

The event is on Thursday, March 23, in Lews Castle’s Museum & Tasglann nan Eilean from 6.30 pm.

There is no admission as Creative Scotland is funding the event. However, booking via Eventbrite, is required.
